Parador de Merida

This historical city hotel is housed in a convent dating back to the 18th Century and maintains the structure of the old building. The hotel itself is built on the remains of a temple dedicated to the Roman Emperor Augustus. The Garden of Antiquities is an archaeological ensemble made up of Roman, Mudejar and Visigoth elements. Guests are offered a total of 82 rooms including 3 junior suites and 1 suite.
